IMAGINE, you need a police clearance and you are outside the district you are from -- the situation is critical for you. Recently, Bangladesh Police has taken a smart initiative to make the task simple and hassle-free. Police department is going to introduce an online service for such clearance. We need to follow some simple steps to avail of the facility. First, we have to log in and provide some required information, then the verification starts and after verification, we will be provided with an opportunity to change the data if there is any inadvertent error. The payment will have be online. After that we will have to wait for some time to receive the clearance. Currently, the system operates in Comilla, Chandpur and Sylhet metropolitan areas. Hope, this will be in operation throughout the country soon.
